SOL 5/31 Rome Flight an Going to our Nice House

I arrived in Rome at 3:30 PM, and the flights were long, the flights consisted of me looking at my phone for the first hour until it ran out of battery, or at least down to twenty percent. Then I would sleep, which didn't work, then read for about an hour and a half and realized that i didn't really like Divergent, sorry everybody that loves it...  When we got there it was beautiful weather, but we had to find our ride. Our ride was the U.S Ambassador for the U.N Agency's, so his when we got picked up we got to go strait to his HUGE house, and his two dogs, Apia and Scout. They were adorable, but Apia had an issue with using the bathroom inside.

His house was very nice, we got our stuff put in our room and walked up to the roof area, it had a grill a dining table, a couch area facing the horizon, which Sarah and I looked at for about thirty to forty-five minutes watching the sun drop away from us. The sunset was beautiful, we waited there. Birds started flying by like crazy, giant groups of them flying over us, we watched them pass for five minuets. Then we went down the elevator (thats right he had an elevator) to the main level to see what everybody else was doing. They were cooking dinner, and it was lasagna, they had finished cooking the lasagna and we were ready to eat a nice first meal. The lasagna was great, and we got a full house tour which was nice.
Read my next post to read more about my journey in Rome!
